Ironwheel
liveI box most days, so I wanted a lifting app that keeps the rotation honest: no muscle trained before it’s back. Ironwheel turns your plan into a wheel that only points at a day once its muscles are ready. Four quick questions, and your first workout starts.

What it does
- Your plan’s days sit on a barbell plate, coloured by how ready their muscles are. If the next one isn’t ready, it offers one that is.
- A muscle map shows what’s fatigued, recovering and ready, from the sets you log. Boxing and running count too.
- Each lift says what weight to load and why, from your last sets, with the plates for each side of the bar.
- Plans follow traditional programming, and each one checks its own weekly sets for every muscle.
- Day one is simple. More of the app opens up as you log workouts, and it all stays in your browser.
